Pershing Hall (49 rue Pierre Charron, Paris) (Metro: George V) – located within one of Paris’ hippest design hotels, the restaurant (which takes up the same name as the hotel) offers diners a variety of Asian fusion gourmet-quality dishes – from Saku Tuna to Panko Prawns and Creamy Shrimps Tempura. It draws a crowd on Sundays during brunch, when there’s a live jazz band.
