Showcase (Port des Champs-Élysées, under the Pont Alexandre III)(Metro: Champs-Elysees Clemenceau or Invalides) – located beneath the high-brow Pont Alexandre III, this club already stands out, since the entrance is literally under a bridge. Showcase is lavishly decorated in an Art Nouveau style and overlooking the Seine. The walls are carved from stone and the club is dimly lit.
Showcase’s guest DJs (ranging from Parisian trendsetters “Cassius”, to Dennis Ferrer, and Detroit Techno House veteran Kevin Saunderson) usually play house and techno. It is open on some week nights in addition to the weekend, and also sometimes functions as a concert venue. On some mornings after clubbing hours, Showcase becomes a brunch lounge.
